Pipeline grouting

ABOUT THE TECHNOLOGY

This technology is different in that concrete mix for pipeline grouting is made of seven different components/materials, it is converted to foam, thus becoming lightweight (lighter than water) concrete mix with a relative weight of 800 kg/m3. Lightweight concrete mix does not lose its strength, and after all necessary laboratory tests and studies is in line with the required strength properties and requirements.

APPLICATION AND FEATURES of TECHNOLOGY

Using seven different types of pipeline grouting mix components in different amounts and proportions, we obtain three types of lightweight concrete mix mixtures, which we can use for different applications:

  • Lightweight concrete mixture 1 for thermal insulation or fire protection. Foam generator produces rigid foam which can be used for roof slopes;
  • Lightweight concrete mixture 2 can be used to pipeline grouting (fill cavities between the old and the newly installed pipes). This is particularly suitable for renovation of various pipelines, water and metal culverts;
  • Lightweight concrete mixture 3 is used for wall construction (load bearing and non-load bearing), manufacture of panels and other load bearing elements, as well as feeling voids in the ground, requiring high strength.

WHY THIS MORTAR AND WHY GRUNTERRA?

Lightweight concrete mix fore pipeline grouting completely eliminates the possibility of piping deformation and piping slope distortion during pipeline grouting;

After filling we perform laboratory tests and trials, according to the laboratory certificates of specified form we issue lightweight concrete mix declarations;

All seven lightweight concrete mix components/materials meet the necessary standards and requirements.
